There are some theory classes featured, safety skills to learn in order to become also a good buddy, an exam to go through and the necessary amount of confined and open water sessions for you to become a real freediver.
The theory classes are mainly about general aspects of freediving, human physiology and some important laws of physics that every freediver must know. We'll get in the pool to practice static breatholds and dynamic freediving. This way only we will be ready to dive at depth safely and to enjoy the underwater beauty and calm.
To make sure you have time also to relax and integrate, this level is proposed in 2 or 3 days at your convenience. Make it fast or take it full and easy is up to you. No one will push you to achievements... success is yours!
AIDA level 2 stars is certainly one of the most improved and given freediving course in the world. This course includes a digital theory support (manual), freediving student insurance (DAN Europe) and AIDA international certification fees. It also includes diving insurance and equipment (if available your size, please contact us). It does not includes the entrance fees to Fanar Beach (100 EGP).

REQUIREMENTS: Paperworks, basic swimming skills, snorkeling skills - Be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent)
The static and dynamic sessions in confined water are used to teach relaxation, breathing, finning and safety techniques. In the open water sessions students will apply the skills they have learned in the pool / confined water sessions and combine them with the basic skills of open water freediving such as equalizing, duck diving, vertical swimming, body positioning, turns and use of buoyancy.
The freediving theory will include: Introduction to Freediving, Freediving Breathing Cycle, Basic Physiology of Freediving, Equalization, Freediving Techniques, Safety in Freediving, Equipment in Freediving, Freediving Disciplines.
