Deep Zen Meditation and Freediving course "Discover your Breath" is a half day session during which you will train your breathing skills and discover what lays beyond breath.
Learning how to improve your breathing skills and ability to hold your breath is a very efficient way to go over difficulties, anxiousness or fear. It is also an excellent way to reeducate your breath and bring back vitality into your respiratory system.
